Here at DMG Autosport we take pride in producing a genuinely high level of quality and performance, while open to options of customization that may otherwise be non- existent with storefront companies of this sort. in order to provide this, it does take time. We typically need appx 7 business days to produce a final coated product, but this is only once it has come up in the queue of all currently placed orders. Of course the build and coat time are the shortest part of the 5-7 week turnaround that fluctuates and varies depending on the amount and kinds of orders queued. Some items take longer than others to produce, I always do my very best to get them done ASAP, but I do not and will not cut corners or compromise quality. It all starts and stops with me, as this is mostly a one man operation, entirely quality product driven. So, with typical demand and possible unforeseen delays as a result of current global supply chain nonsense, I sincerely appreciate you for your patronage and understanding. In fact, I count on it, as it’s the most important part of the success and growth of DMG Autosport.

Our product function is guaranteed. Items will be built and out to you as soon as possible, always. It does not serve this company in any way to take more time than what is necessary, and we don’t. Shipping & Return/ Warranty Policies

All sales are final. Returns are typically not accepted without proper cause, which DMGA exclusively holds the rights to determine in possible conjunction with another industry professional. These products are made mostly from ferrous steel and may have imperfections as they are impossible to make perfect, which is an unreasonable expectation, although I do my level best to provide as much as I can. There is zero carelessness on our part in production, you will recieve as great a job on your item/s as I am capable of offering. Coating choice is yours, and everything goes out powder coated. Understand that powder coating nor chrome or most any finish on most any aftermarket alum/ steel product could be guaranteed for life of product. Like any finish issues can come down to level of care, environment and other things of this nature.
This is an “aftermarket automotive” industry niche, and a small american hand made manufacturer, this is not “pots and pans” at wal-mart, so to speak in terms of “changing your mind”, so be sure and committed to your purchase of the level of quality you’ll receive. I’m sure most can understand this. However, In special circumstance, exchanges are indeed “To Be Determined”, on a case per case basis, but only as a very last resort if no other solution to the reasons can not be reached through support. Any product shipped back to DMGA without prior agreement will be subject to a minimum 50% re-stock charge. We are willing to work with customers for best resolution If experiencing fitment issues due to your chassis having already been damaged/ deflected etc, , be it known or unknown, thus hampering a professional’s ability to install your DMG item/s as recommended and instructed. Please handle order items with utmost care. These cars have reached the vicinity of 16+ years of use already, and have many expectedly uncertain & unknown pasts with previous owners in many cases. This can affect ability to install but we will help find a solution. However, Please, know that If upon an agreed return shipment, at buyers expense, an inspection it is deemed that the returned item was subject to any attempted altering, poor care or any other damage or situation rendering it of a value less than 90% of its original retail purchase price, any expense to return item/s to usable and sellable condition will be deducted from your return total. Unfortunately DMG Autosport can not and will not assume this sort expense. So please, order with all confidence and certainty of your chassis condition and fitment ability, while taking great care of items in the event your vehicle somehow wont accept the item/s installation for any various reason not caused or known by DMGA. Also know that more than 90% of any issues took place in the front of the chassis, at the towers, and that the OE brace is considered absolute trash and since it is adjustable it is not even a remotely valid representative of a straight chassis, nor does it promise to protect from damage / further possible damage. In many cases it actually causes damage.
While all of the above may seem daunting, if you’re unsure if your car isn’t within factory spec, please understand it’s really not if all is well cared for and you’re willing to explore options I will help with because while our order numbers have of course reached into the thousands, we’ve encountered less than ten issues, and worked them all out so both parties come away satisfied, which is the common goal of course. Please reach out in advance if you’ve got any concerns prior to purchase, I’m glad to help.

Thank you for your order. Please know your shipping rates are that of the carrier and I do not mark them up for my expenses at all. This is figured into the ultimate build cost for your item/s already so that the shipping, on top of your purchase, isn’t as expensive as it typically might be elsewhere.
Note; If you would like to but are unable to purchase signature services or shipment insurance please contact me and I can easily add it to your order, especially for direct invoice order.
Please be advised if you do not select and or cover expense of insuring your shipment or drop off- signature services you will typically be fine, However, it’s a risk DMGA doesn’t assume, so once your item/s leave our possession they’re quite literally out of our hands and under the care of whatever shipping services you initially selected and paid for. I have always done everything in my power to save everyone what I can with shipping, but on the same token I/ DMGA can not assume liability for anything that may, or may (99.9% of the time does) not, happen in transit. Unfortunate shipping situations are extremely rare, I can not stress that enough, this is simple formal clarity of where things stand if in the event there is an unfortunate circumstance that occurs with your shipment.
